1. Shipping Coverage

Crynpto currently ships within the United Kingdom only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Free standard shipping is offered on all UK orders.

  • There is no minimum purchase requirement.

  • No additional shipping or handling fees are charged at checkout.

3. Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT) on a business day are typically processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT), on weekends, or on UK public holidays are processed on the next business day.

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

4. Handling Time

  • Handling time is 1–2 business days from order confirmation.

  • Handling time refers to the period required to prepare, pack, and dispatch your order.

5. Transit Time 

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes:

  • 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday)

6. Estimated Total Delivery Time

  • 3–7 business days from the date of purchase
    (This includes both handling and transit time.)

7. Shipping Carriers

We use reliable UK-based delivery partners, including:

  • Evri

  • Royal Mail

The carrier used may vary depending on destination, parcel size, and service availability.

8. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. This can be found on our Order Tracking page.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.

9. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, delivered incorrectly, or appears to be lost, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
